Licenciada em Ciências da Nutrição (CP nº4751) pelo Instituto Universitário EgasMoniz ,onde adquiriu e aprofundou vários conhecimentos e competências no área da Nutrição. Realizou o seu estágio curricular no Hospital Ortopédico Sant’Ana eo estágio profissional à Ordem dos Nutricionistas na Nutrialma, no âmbito daNutrição Clínica e da Nutrição Comunitária, respetivamente. Interessada pela vertenteno Marketing e Comunicação, também realizou uma formação de Marketing Digital paraNutricionistas na Academia Clínica do Dragão. Atualmente integra a Equipade Nutrição, na Sonae MC, desde 2021. Na MC, exerce diversas funções no âmbito da Nutrição, sendo a sua principal função a validação e produção da comunicação interna e externa da Marca Própria. Paralelamente também dá consultas na Clínica MSM-Clinic Care, com o objetivo da reeducação alimentar,nutrição desportiva e clínica.
